President of the Asian Canoe Confederation Shri Prashant Kushwaha Visited Uzbekistan!
During his visit, the President of the Asian Canoe Confederation, Shri Prashant Kushwaha, held a working meeting with Mr. Bobur Yusupov, First Vice Chairman of the Uzbekistan Rowing & Canoe Federation. The meeting was attended by international national team coaches in canoe sprint, Mr. Andro Dushev and Ms. Natasha Dushev-Janich, as well as federation technical specialists.
The meeting addressed key issues related to the further development of canoe sprint in the Republic of Uzbekistan, enhancement of coaches’ and athletes’ potential, expansion of international exchange of experience, implementation of high-performance training systems, and strengthening cooperation with Asian and international sports organizations.
It was emphasized that the discussed initiatives will serve as a foundation for the future implementation of joint programs, the development of highly qualified specialists, and the enhancement of the international competitiveness of Uzbek canoe sprint athletes.
