Kamilov Azizjon Yakubzhanovich was born on June 19, 1984. Currently, he holds the positions of Deputy Chairman of the NOC, head of the Judo Federation of Uzbekistan. Azizjon Yakubzhanovich, in the course of his activities in the country's Judo Federation, implemented many promising projects, managed to carry out large-scale reforms aimed at the development of Uzbek judo. In particular, the Grand Prix was organized in 2019, the Grand Slam tournament in the capital's multifunctional ice palace Humo Arena in 2021, and last fall, for the first time in the country's history, Tashkent hosted the World Judo Championship among adults. In addition, the merit of the head of the Judo Federation of Uzbekistan in the work of such a professional as the legendary representative of world judo, champion of the Olympic Games Athena 2004 Ilias Iliadis in the National team of the country in this type of martial arts is great. It is worth noting that under the leadership of Azizjon Kamilov, the record for the number of tickets won for the Olympic Games was updated, and the national delegation's piggy bank was replenished with a bronze medal at Tokyo 2020.
