Pictographs of Paris 2024 are presented

The official pictographs of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris have been published. The organizers of Paris 2024 say that the pictographs representing sprint canoe, slalom canoe and paracanoe represent not only sports discipline, but also family, a sense of pride, a set of values and community. Each of the 62 sports pictograms consists of three graphic elements — the axis of symmetry, an image of the earth and an image of the sport it illustrates. Sports pictographs were first introduced at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo, reflecting the need for visual communication with a growing international group of athletes and spectators. Since then, they have been a part of all the Games.
