The Asian Canoe Confederation is opening a new headquarters

The Asian Canoe Confederation has officially opened its new headquarters in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The secretariat is located in the New wing of the Olympic Hall of the Olympic Park in the Songpagu district of the Korean capital. This is the beginning of a new chapter in the activities of the ACC, headed by President Chinarong Charoenruk, as the Secretariat will become a permanent base for the work of employees. Jake Yungsuk Kim, who was elected ACC secretary general last November, said he was very pleased to open a new headquarters in his home country, as the continental governing body now shares office space with the Korean Canoe Federation. "The establishment of the secretariat of the Asian Canoe Confederation was my election promise," said Mr. Yungsuk Kim. "I am glad that we managed to implement this in a short time. "I will work closely with the International Canoe Federation to prepare for a new leap forward for the Asian Canoe Confederation." ICF President Thomas Konecko welcomed the opening of the new ACC Secretariat. "This is fantastic news for our friends from the Asian Canoe Confederation, and I wish them all success in their new offices," Mr. Konecko said. "I'm sure this move will bring a lot of benefits to the ACC as the paddle sport continues to flourish across Asia." Related links
