The Para-Asian Games 2022
The Asian Games in Hangzhou have come to an end! The delegation of Uzbekistan took 8th place in the overall medal standings with 25 gold, 24 silver and 30 bronze medals, the total number was 79 medals. The national paracanoe team, which took part in the Para-Asian Games for the first time, triumphantly beat all its rivals, won 6 gold medals, leaving behind the strongest countries - China and Iran, taking first place in the final table. Our paraacademies also achieved a good result and added 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals to the treasury of our delegation. This is the best result of the Uzbek delegation in terms of the number of medals in the history of the Para-Asian Games. The Paralympic Games are waiting for our athletes ahead!!!
